AMGA Finance & Audit Committee

Finance Committee:

Is composed of the Treasurer (chair), and a representative from each standing committee.

They will prepare and submit a budget to the AMGA Board of Directors at each annual meeting.

This committee is also responsible for compiling data related to programs and projects that require financial support and included in the annual budget.

They will also work with all other financial issues that need to be addressed by the AMGA Board of Directors


Audit Committee:

Three members are appointed by the President of AMGA.  The members will examine the Treasurer’s accounts of the fiscal year.   They will submit a signed and written report to be presented at the Annual meeting during the business session.
